What we do

A clear plan before you spend.

Websites that keep working.

Creative work, with a business brain behind it.

01

Website audit

Speed, design, content and how well your site turns visitors into enquiries, with a fix list in order of priority.

02

SEO audit

What people search for, where you show up and what holds you back, with a search term mapped to every page.

03

Business proposal or plan

Your numbers, market and story in one document, good enough to put in front of a bank or investor.

04

Marketing plan

Who to reach, where, with what message and at what cost, month by month.

05

Free brainstorming session

Several minds are better than one, and we have some experience with this stuff. Bring the idea and leave with next steps.

01

A new website

A fast, hand-built site with a clear path to an enquiry or booking, live in days.

02

A redesign

03

Edit it yourself

The DD portal sits behind every site: change text by clicking or by asking AI, with a CRM, blog and member login built in.

01

The DD portal

Change your website by asking.

This website is edited the same way.

Type on the page, or describe the change. Design changes get a human check before they go live.

CRM

Every enquiry lands in your contacts, with tags, notes, import and export.

Blog with SEO checks

Schedule posts with keyword, title and description checks.

Member login

Owners, staff and members each get their own portal.

Consent built in

Double opt-in, instant unsubscribe and a record of every consent change (POPIA and GDPR ready).

How we work

Build less. Build better.

01

Test the idea first

We check it will earn or save more than it costs before anyone pays for a build.

02

Design for real people

Screens your staff and customers understand without a manual.

03

Build on proven code

The same tested foundations that run our own products, so you start ahead.

04

Launch small, then grow

Get the first version in front of customers fast, then improve from what they actually do.

05

Stay on after launch

Hosting, updates and new features as a monthly service, not a one-off invoice.

06

You own it

Your code, your data, your accounts. Leave whenever you like and take it with you.

Idea tools

Handy tools, with a bit of fun.

01

How big is your idea?

Tick what it needs and see roughly how long a first release takes.

What are you building?

What should it do?

A rough guide, not a quote. After your free idea session you get a fixed scope and price in writing.

Paul Greeff

Paul Greeff

Founder, Johannesburg

I build what I know. Now I build what you know.

I started building software to solve problems in my own work and in my family's business. Those tools became Petwyse, The Africa Analyst and the DD portal. Today our Johannesburg team builds apps and websites for people who know their field and want to take it online.

Questions people ask first

Cost, timing and who owns what.

How much does an app cost?

It depends on what it has to do, which is why we start with a free idea session. After it you get a fixed scope and a fixed price in writing for the first version, and a monthly figure for running it after launch.

How long does it take?

A first release of a web app typically takes about six weeks from kickoff to launch.

How much does a website cost?

It depends on the pages and features you need. After a short conversation you get a fixed price in writing, and a monthly figure for hosting and the DD portal.

How long does it take, and what happens to my current site?

Most sites are live within five days once we have your content and logins. We build on a temporary address, so your current site stays untouched until you approve the new one.

What does a strategy project cost?

The brainstorming session is free. Audits and plans are quoted at a fixed price after it, so you know the cost before we start.

How long does it take?

A website or SEO audit usually takes a few days. A full business or marketing plan usually takes up to two weeks.

Do you only work in South Africa?

No. Our team is in Johannesburg and the company is registered in Delaware, USA. Most of our clients are in South Africa today, but we work remotely, so we can work with you wherever you are.

Who owns the code and the accounts?

You do. Code, database, app store listings and domain are all in your name. If you leave, you take everything with you.

Is my idea too small, or too big?

Probably neither. Petwyse started as a replacement for a paper diary at one cat hotel. Tell us the problem and we will tell you honestly whether software is the right answer and what the smallest useful version looks like.
